Real Estate Assistant

Established Sacramento area Real Estate Team seeks a motivated and organized self-starter for part-time position as a real estate assistant. Job location is in Roseville with an occasional duty in the greater Sacramento area..

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer, screen, and prioritize all incoming phone calls
  • Monitor and manage voice mail
  • Process daily incoming and outgoing mail via USPS, FedEx, Email, and Facsimiles
  • Process accounts receivables/payables
  • Maintain the current filing system
  • Assist with various general correspondence, data entry, and other daily operations
  • Conduct property searches
  • Make appointments
  • Prepare presentations for sellers & buyers
  • Prepare marketing materials
  • Do errands
  • Monitor budget
  • Organize office
  • Set up Open Houses
  • Maintain web sites
  • Record keeping
  • Deliver documents
  • Take property photos and virtual tours
  • Meet inspectors at properties
  • Other special projects as assigned


SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Must be extremely well organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment and follow through on projects to their completions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Real Estate experience a plus
  • Applicant MUST have experience with all programs in Office Suite including Publisher. Quick Books and Top Producer a plus.

We offer a competitive salary (salary commensurate with experience), bonus for each closed transaction and a business casual work environment. Occasional weekend days a possibility.

 

Applicant will have to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and may be required to take a personality profile test.

Hours: Approximately 20-40 hours per week
